Leads Received Summary

Leads received summary.

This report allows you to view the total count of leads that have come into your system within the date range and lead type specified.

A. Date range filter.
B. Lead Type Filter
C. Total leads received into your account including accepted leads and rejected leads.
D. Total leads accepted into your system
E. Total leads rejected out of your system
F. Total Leads delivered out of your system
G. Percentage of leads delivered out of the amount of leads that came in for the date range specified.
H. Total Revenue from leads delivered
I. Total Cost from leads accepted
J. Total profit derived from revenue minus cost
K. Lead Source filter
L. Campaign filter

Top 10 lead Sources

Displays a top 10 list of lead sources submitting leads into your account. Opens a graph of your top 10 lead sources.

This report allows you to view the amount of leads that have been received into your system from each lead source and lead source campaign.

A. Date range filter.

C. Launches a funnel graph with the total of leads and their current status in your system.
D. Exports the current report into excel

This report allows you to view the amount of leads that have been received into your system from each lead source and lead source campaign.

Leads received by date filter.

Displays the time it took to process leads. The times can be broken down by Lead Source, Lead Type, Campaign, and Date Range.

The allowed Date Range Options are:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • This Week

  • Last Week

  • This Month

  • Last Month

  • Past 30 Days

The information is represented by two graphs.

This graph breaks down process times by client group.
