Importing data into a file using an API is recommended through Microsoft Excel. Any Excel file can be imported back into LeadExec (see Importing Clients). To pull data from an API, please follow the steps below.
Open Microsoft Excel
Click the Data tab on the top menu
Chose the “From Web” option inside of the Data menu
In the New Web Query, enter the required information into the address bar
Click “Go”
Click the Import button
Click “OK” for Excel to create a schema, if applicable
Click “OK” to on the Import Data menu
All the information will import into the Excel file
