Update to fix a UI issue with the delivery account dropdown in the Automation Checklist feature which caused delivery accounts which did not meet the checklist criteria to show incorrect settings as "OK"

Update to fix a UI issue in newly created Delivery Methods causing the Delivery Failure Retry Function to default "Enabled.” The default settings should be "Disabled"
