Summary Report: TCPA Installation Errors by URL

The TCPA Installation Errors by URL report is designed to provide you with an overview of installation errors broken down by Lead Source, Lead Source Account, and URL.

Using this report, you can quickly gather high level information on the number of errors by form URL. The report also allows for filtering by both the Lead Source and Account level. Additional features include the ability to view the page that generated the error, and export the summary data straight to Excel. 

To navigate to this report, select Reports, then Lead Sources, then TCPA Installation Errors by URL. 

Detailed Report: TCPA Installation Error Details

The TCPA Installation Error Details report provides more specific information for any installation errors. Similar to the summary report, the detailed report offers many filterable options such as Lead Source, URL, and IP address. Additionally, both the URL and IP address filters support advanced options that allow you to drill down to a specific subset of installation errors. 

Additional information from the detailed report includes the following.

  • Request Date

  • Lead Source

  • Campaign

  • Full URL

  • Device

  • Browser

  • OS

  • IP Address

  • Generalized Geographic Information

  • Error Reason 

Additionally, page visits that have triggered an installation error will generate a screenshot. The screenshot will automatically be stored in LeadExec for thirty days.

By Selecting View Image on any of the rows within the report, LeadExec will display the screenshot of the page at the time the error was generated. Using the screenshot, you can quickly validate the reported Error Reason.
