Added functionality to the call system to ping Twilio for status updates when reviewing call details.

Added the column "Order Resumed" to the Order List screen. The column contains date fields that display the date a paused order was last resumed by a client from the client portal.

Implemented 3D Secure (3DS) verification functionality for users utilizing Stripe billing.

Added a new API call: Client Active List by Lead Type. The call returns a list of active clients by lead type. This list ignores criteria and can be filtered by automation and order preferences.

Updated the order details screens to display the total payment amount to include tax, when applicable. The tax option is available only for Stripe users.

Added a new status "Pending" to the order system for declined payments. The functionality will keep orders with failed payments open, but in the new Pending status. This provides users the new option to manually approve orders and reprocess failed payments. Clients will not be able to receive leads until the order has been unapproved.
