Integrating LeadExec with Zapier allows you to connect your lead delivery workflows to thousands of third-party applications without writing code. Use this integration to automate lead collection, notification, distribution, and tracking processes—saving time and improving operational efficiency.

This guide covers the two steps required to enable and configure the integration.

Step 1: Enable Zapier from the Integrations Page

To begin, navigate to the Integrations section in your LeadExec dashboard:

  1. In the left-hand menu, scroll down and select Integrations.

  2. On the Integrations page, locate the Zapier card.

  3. Click the Details button.

This will open the Zapier integration interface, where you can begin setting up your workflows (Zaps).

Step 2: Enable and Configure the Zapier Integration

Once you've opened the Zapier integration panel, you'll see the option to either Sign Up or Log In to your Zapier account. After authentication, you can begin setting up automation between LeadExec and your chosen apps.

You can:

  • Connect LeadExec with apps like Google Sheets, Facebook Lead Ads, Unbounce, Heyflow, and more.

  • Create workflows that trigger actions such as:

    • Creating a new lead in LeadExec when a row is added to a spreadsheet

    • Sending LeadExec lead data to Google Sheets

    • Auto-creating leads from form submissions on third-party platforms

Popular Zaps include:

  • Google Sheets → LeadExec: Create new leads from spreadsheet entries

  • Facebook Lead Ads → LeadExec: Add new leads from Facebook campaigns

  • Unbounce → LeadExec: Automate lead capture from landing pages

To configure a workflow:

  1. Use the Connect this app and with this one fields to define your trigger and action apps.

  2. Use the Generate button to create the automation logic.

  3. Select a suggested Popular Workflow or build your own from scratch.

Additional Notes

  • Ensure that API credentials or webhook URLs (if required) are configured correctly in both Zapier and LeadExec.

  • Zapier’s interface supports filtering, scheduling, and formatting steps to fine-tune your automation logic.

  • You may monitor Zap runs and logs within your Zapier dashboard for troubleshooting or performance tracking.
