Overview

Use this screen to manage phone numbers that should not be contacted. You can view each number alongside metrics like times hit, date added, and last hit. You can also import external DNC lists for compliance purposes.

Step 1: Navigate to Do Not Contact List

  • Go to Settings → Lead Source Settings → Do Not Contact List.

  • The screen displays existing entries and offers tools to add or remove numbers.

Step 2: Add or Remove Phone Numbers

  • To add: Click New and enter the phone number to add.

  • To remove: Select a phone number from the list and click Remove.

Step 3: Review and Filter Entries

  • View columns showing:

    • Phone Number

    • Times Hit

    • Date Added

    • Last Hit

Use the funnel icon next to “Last Hit” to filter entries by date or activity level.

Step 4: Import External DNC Records

  • If you maintain an external Do Not Contact list (e.g., via compliance services), click Import Items to bulk import those numbers into ClickPoint’s DNC list.

Best Practices

  • Regularly review and clean up your DNC list to ensure compliance and proper contact behavior.

  • Use filters to monitor frequently hit numbers and take proactive measures if needed.

  • Import external lists to remain aligned with regulatory requirements or third-party compliance providers.

Summary

The Do Not Contact List screen enables users to add, remove, view, and filter phone numbers restricted from outreach. It also supports importing external lists to centralize compliance efforts, making list management efficient and reliable.
