Overview
Create your own reports using any piece of lead data or choose from a pre-made template. The Pivot Reports feature lets you analyze lead information flexibly and dynamically. To get started, navigate to either the Lead List or Distribution screens within the Leads section of the LeadExec navigation menu, and click Pivot to open the pivot grid screen. This guide will demonstrate how to build a report from the Lead List screen.
Key Functionality
Pivot Grid Access
Enables pivot grid creation directly from the Lead List or Distribution screens for customizable data analysis.
Pre-Configured and Custom Reports
Choose from existing templates or build a report from scratch using available fields.
Drag-and-Drop Field Configuration
Assign parameters such as Lead Source to row fields, Date Added – Quarter to column fields, and Cost (Sum) to value fields to generate quarterly cost breakdowns by source.
How to Use This Feature
Open the Pivot Grid
Navigate to Leads → Lead List (or Distribution) in the LeadExec menu.
Click Pivot to launch the pivot grid interface.
Select Report Type
Choose either a pre-made template or start from scratch for full customization.
Configure Your Report
From the Field Chooser:
Drag Lead Source into the Row area
Drag Date Added – Quarter into the Column area
Drag Cost (Sum) into the Values area
View Your Pivot Report
The grid will now display aggregated lead cost data segmented by source and quarter as specified.
