Overview
The Batch Email Delivery Settings feature allows you to configure how emails are delivered from LeadExec to clients or downstream systems. This includes settings for sender addresses, reply-to addresses, email formatting, and fallback behaviors.
Key Functionality
Configure From and To Address email addresses.
Specify email subject templates or formats.
Choose whether to send plain text, HTML, or mixed content.
Set default footers or disclaimers included in every email.
Define fallback behavior (e.g. if HTML fails, send plain text).
How to Use This Feature
From Email Address – This will be the address your client sees in their email when a lead is viewed.
To Email Address – The system will deliver emails to the address set on the client record by default. Otherwise, you can input the destination email(s) in this field. To add multiple emails, use a comma to separate them, e.g.:
email1@email.com,email2@email.com
Copy (CC) Addresses – Used to set up CC options for delivery.
Blind Copy (BCC) Addresses – Used to set up BCC options for delivery.
SMTP Settings (Optional)
These settings can be used if you want to use your own SMTP server for Email Delivery.
SMTP Server – Input the SMTP server address here.
SMTP Authentication Required – Select whether SMTP Authentication is required.
SMTP Username – Enter SMTP username if SMTP Authentication is enabled.
SMTP Password – Enter SMTP password if SMTP Authentication is enabled.
Best Practices
Use a friendly, professional From Name that your leads recognize.
Keep subject lines concise and relevant.
Use HTML sparingly and ensure it degrades gracefully to plain text.
Include necessary legal disclaimers or unsubscribe links in footers.
Test emails across multiple clients (Gmail, Outlook, mobile) to ensure formatting compatibility.
Troubleshooting

→ Check for typos in the sender domain, DNS/SPF/DMARC records, and ensure the “From” address is authorized.Replies not reaching you
→ Confirm the Reply-To address is correct and active.HTML rendering issues
