The Delivery Schedule Tab allows you to set specific time windows when clients are eligible to receive leads. This ensures leads are only delivered during your clients' operational hours or preferred receiving times.
Step-by-Step Setup
Access Delivery Schedule Tab in your ClickPoint Integration
Review Default Settings:
Set to 24/7 delivery availability by default
Create Custom Schedule:
Click Custom Delivery option
Set days and hours (e.g., Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Save Configuration:
System will only deliver leads during specified hours

Client Communication:
Discuss optimal receiving hours with each client
