Use the Batch Delivery Tab to create a specific schedule of when the client will be considered for lead delivery.

Overview

The Delivery Schedule Tab allows you to set specific time windows when clients are eligible to receive leads. This ensures leads are only delivered during your clients' operational hours or preferred receiving times.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Access Delivery Schedule Tab in your ClickPoint Integration

  2. Review Default Settings:

    • Set to 24/7 delivery availability by default

  3. Create Custom Schedule:

    • Click Custom Delivery option

    • Set days and hours (e.g., Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

  4. Save Configuration:

    • System will only deliver leads during specified hours

Best Practices

  1. Client Communication:

    • Discuss optimal receiving hours with each client

    • Consider time zone differences for national clients

  2. Lead Type Considerations:

    • Emergency services may require 24/7 availability

    • Business services typically follow standard business hours

  3. Holiday Adjustments:

    • Create special schedules for holiday periods

    • Monitor for seasonal business hour changes
