Overview

Live Call Transfers allow your team to instantly connect inbound leads with eligible buyers using Lead Forms, rather than relying on static IVR menus. This feature is designed for use with campaigns integrated into LeadExec and supported by a dialer that allows for real-time screen pop functionality.

Use Case

This functionality is ideal for determining which buyer a lead qualifies for before transferring the call. It helps improve conversion rates by reducing time-to-connect and improving lead-to-buyer matching accuracy.

How It Works

  1. Inbound Call Received
A call is received by a sales rep via your connected dialer system.

  2. Lead Form Completion
During the live call, the rep opens the campaign's Inbound Lead Form and fills in the required lead details.

  3. Screen Pop & Buyer Matching
Once the form is submitted, LeadExec automatically returns a list of matching buyers in real-time, based on your delivery settings, filters, and buyer criteria.

  4. Live Call Transfer
The rep selects a buyer from the screen pop and initiates the transfer while the caller is still on the line, completing the warm handoff.

How to Set It Up

To enable Live Call Transfers using Lead Forms:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns from the main menu.

  2. Select the campaign you want to enable Live Call Transfers for.

  3. Click the Lead Forms tab.

  4. Create or edit a form.

    • Make sure required buyer-matching fields (e.g., zip code, product type) are included.

  5. Save the form and ensure your team has access to it.

  6. Confirm your campaign is integrated with LeadExec, and that buyer delivery filters are configured correctly.

  7. Test the process by submitting a lead through the form and verifying the buyer screen pop appears.

Best Practices

  • Train your team to complete the form during the live call to ensure screen pops are timely.

  • Ensure the dialer system is configured to support screen pops for lead submission events.

  • Keep buyer filters up to date in LeadExec to improve match accuracy and avoid transfer delays.

  • Include only essential fields in the Inbound Lead Form to reduce call handling time.

  • Copy the URL for the screen pop and enter it in your dialer settings

Troubleshooting

If you are not seeing buyer screen pops:

  • Verify that the campaign is properly integrated with LeadExec.

  • Check that the Lead Form includes all required matching fields.

  • Confirm that buyers are active and eligible based on your delivery filters.

  • Make sure your dialer is configured for real-time screen pop support.
