Overview

Force IDs allow you to bypass the standard distribution system and route a lead in real-time directly to a specific client. This is ideal for scenarios such as dedicated contact forms or exclusive partnerships.

How to Use Force IDs:

  1. Create the Field:

    • In your Lead Type settings, create a new field named ForceID.

    • Set its System Field type to ForceID.

  2. Map the Value to a Client:

    • Chose the field you will map as your client's Force ID (e.g., a custom Form_ID or Company name field)

    • Go to your client's delivery method and map the field as needed.

    • For more information, see our article on Delviery Method mapping.

  3. Send the Lead:

    • When posting a manual lead, populate the ForceID field with the unique identifier of the target client.

    • Proceed with your delivery process as usual.

    • LeadExec will deliver it directly to that client.

Ensure the ForceID value in your lead data exactly matches the identifier in the client's record and test the routing thoroughly before full deployment.
