Overview
While not required in your setup, Categories can help you organize and filter your Lead Types in the Settings menu for easier management.
Let's see how to create and add Lead Types to a Category
How to Access and Use Categories
Navigate to Settings.
Go to the Lead Type Settings section in the left-hand menu
Click Categories.
Click New to assign a Lead Type to a category.
Select an existing Lead Type and give the category a Caption (name).
Click Save.
This categorization helps teams quickly find and manage Lead Types in a large account, so it's particularly useful if you are managing several different lines of business or verticals that may require categorization.
