Overview

The Portal Permissions Tab controls what information clients can access in their portal for ping-post delivered leads. These settings enhance client experience by providing additional context and tools for lead management.

Step-by-Step Configuration

  1. Access the Portal Permissions Tab in your Ping-Post delivery method

  2. Enable/disable IVR Call Information (if applicable)

  5. Once done with your settings, click Save
