The Portal Permissions Tab defines what elements your clients can see or interact with in the Client Portal, enhancing control over their experience. You can configure whether to display IVR call details, allow file attachments, or show analytic data such as referrer and search term information.

Displays details related to IVR calls when sending IVR-based leads to the Client Portal.File Attachments

How to Use This Feature
Access the Portal Permissions Tab
Navigate to your Lead Portal Delivery Method settings, then select the Portal Permissions tab.Toggle IVR Call Information

Use this setting to allow file attachments to be viewed or uploaded in the Client Portal.Show Analytic Data
