Overview

The Lead Portal Delivery Schedule Tab allows you to set precise delivery windows for client access via the portal. For example, you can configure a client to receive leads only during business hours, such as 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Leads submitted outside these windows will not be delivered. If no customization is applied, the default schedule is 24/7.

Key Functionality

  • Delivery Day Scheduling
Specify exact days and hours when the client is eligible to receive leads.

  • Business Hours Control
Ideal for limiting lead distribution to client-defined operational hours (e.g., 9 AM–5 PM on weekdays).

  • Default 24/7 Settings
Without configuration, the system delivers leads around-the-clock by default.

How to Use This Feature

  1. Open the Lead Portal Delivery Schedule Tab
In the Lead Portal Delivery Method settings, navigate to the Schedule Tab.

  2. Define Delivery Windows
Set the days of the week and specific hours (e.g., Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) when leads can be delivered via the portal.

  3. Save Your Schedule
Save your configuration, outside the defined schedule, the client will not receive lead deliveries.

Best Practices

  • Align Schedule with Client Availability
Match lead delivery hours to when your client is staffed and ready to engage, so opportunities don’t go unanswered.

  • Avoid After-Hours Drops
Use the schedule to reduce the risk of stale lead delivery or client dissatisfaction from late submissions.

  • Test Scheduled Configurations
Run test deliveries just outside and within the set window to ensure the schedule is enforced as expected.

Troubleshooting

  • Client Still Receiving Leads Outside Schedule
Double-check that the schedule settings have been saved correctly and that no other delivery rules override timing.

  • No Leads Delivered During Business Hours
Confirm the schedule includes the correct time zone and boundaries, and that the delivery method is active.
