Use the Lead Portal Notifications Tab to configure alerts for your team when a lead delivery to the client portal fails. You can designate users to receive notifications via email and/or SMS to stay proactive about delivery issues. (SMS charges may apply.)

Troubleshooting
Notifications Not Being Sent
Ensure the Send Notification Failure option is checked and recipients are correctly selected. Also, confirm that SMS is enabled if chosen.Unexpected SMS Charges
