The Notifications Tab enables automated alerts when ping-post deliveries fail to reach clients. Receive immediate email or SMS notifications to quickly address delivery issues and maintain lead flow efficiency.
Notification Configuration
Setting | Description |
Send Notification on Failure | Alerts your team for failed deliveries |
Notification Recipients | Select team members to receive alerts |
Email Notifications | Sends alerts via email |
SMS Notifications | Sends alerts via text message Note: SMS charges apply per message |
Step-by-Step Setup
Access the Notifications Tab in your Ping-Post delivery method
Enable Failure Alerts:
Toggle Send Notification on
Select Recipients:
Click +Add Recipient
Choose team members from the user list
Consider including relevant team members such as:
Account manager for the client
Support team members
Operations manager
Choose Notification Methods:
Email: Recommended for all failures (no cost)
SMS: Reserve for critical/time-sensitive deliveries (costs apply)
Click Save
