Overview

Note:

Advanced white-labeling features such as removing the ClickPoint Software logos, the "Powered by ClickPoint" line, and domain branding are available only for Growth Tier and higher subscriptions. Starter (Free) tier accounts can still customize logos and login captions across the platform.

The Account Branding Settings lets you:

  • Replace LeadExec branding with your own logos

  • Create custom login domains (e.g., portal.yourcompany.com)

  • Personalize Client and Lead Source Portals

  • Add custom text to login pages

Why Branding Matters

LeadExec supports white-labeling by allowing you to easily customize your branding and presenting the platform as if it were entirely your own, helping you strengthen the following points:

  • Professionalism: Present a consistent brand experience to your partners and buyers

  • Trust: Clients and partners see your brand instead of LeadExec

  • Recognition: Strengthen brand identity across the entire platform

  • SEO: Custom domains improve search visibility

How to Configure

Access Branding Settings

  • Go to Settings > Account > Branding

  1. Upload Logos by clicking Change next to each of the following options; you can drag-and-drop the file from your computer, or click the gray square to browse instead:

    • Account Logo: Appears in LeadExec admin

    • Client Portal Logo: Seen by your buyers when accessing their Client Portal

    • Lead Source Logo: Visible to marketing partners when accessing their Lead Source Portal

    • Icon: This is the favicon that appears in the internet browser tab across the entire platform

To remove a file, simply hit the Remove button.

  2. Set Custom Domains for your Client and Lead Source Portals, and the Application URL (Requires DNS Setup)

    • The Application URL is the link you and your team use to access LeadExec:

    • The Lead Source Portal URL is the link your partners or source providers will use to access their Lead Source Portal—the URL should reflect the organization's brand identity and be consistent with the domain name or subdomain used for other company websites or services:

    • The Client Portal URL is the customer-facing link your buyers will use to access their Client Portal—the Lead Source Portal helps centralize lead information, allowing businesses to monitor the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns, track lead interactions, and streamline the lead management process:

    DNS Setup Steps:

    1. With your hosting provider:

      • Create CNAME record pointing to your domain (e.g., leads-clientportal.testaccount.net)

      • Create TXT record with verification code (e.g., SCJMP0040489B7F33J21E04A9058AE3AAABKC5K1534D0M53BC32C1)

    2. Notify LeadExec Customer Success to complete activation

  3. Customize Login Text

    • Add welcome messages to your Client Portal login page (e.g., "Welcome to [Your Brand] Lead Hub! Your one-way stop for high quality Leads.")

Best Practices

  1. Logo Specifications

    • Preferred formats to use are PNG or JPG

    • Size: Minimum 500x500 pixels for the logos, and 16x16 pixels for the favicon

    • Background: Transparent (PNG recommended)

  2. Domain Naming

    • Use consistent prefixes (e.g., portal., leads., partners.)

    • Match your main website domain or business naming (qkleads.com, quickleadsllc.com)

  3. DNS Tips

    • Keep in mind that changes may take 24-48 hours to apply

  4. Client Communication

    • Notify users about new login URLs in advance

    • Have a POC available to help your users with login issues

How to Troubleshoot

Issue

Solution

Logos not appearing

• Clear browser cache
• Re-upload high-res images

• Try smaller/bigger pictures if the logos appear warped

Domain shows error

• Verify CNAME/TXT records

Important Reminders

  1. Tier Limitation: Starter accounts see LeadExec branding by default, with only the option to customize logos made available

  2. DNS Assistance: Contact your hosting provider for record setup help

  3. Support: Contact LeadExec support after DNS setup for activation or if you experience ongoing issues, provide pictures and any other info that can help speed up the process

And that's it! You're ready to have the platform fully branded for a cohesive experience.
