Overview

Your LeadExec Dashboard offers a quick and easy snapshot of your overall lead generation performance, helping you easily determine if you're making money from your leads.

You can view key metrics such as Leads Received, Accepted, Delivered, and Rejected over selectable time spans—day, Month, or Year.
Use the Filter button to narrow the view by Lead Type, Lead Source, or Campaign. Once applied, filters will persist unless the override option is selected.

Key Functionality

Quick Performance Metrics

  • Instantly view total counts for Leads Received, Leads Accepted, Leads Delivered, and Leads Rejected on the dashboard.

Time-Based Views

  • Toggle between Day, Month, or Year views to get insights into performance trends over different timeframes.

Filters for Granular Analysis

  • Apply filters by Lead Type, Lead Source, or Campaign to focus on specific segments. These filters remain active until manually overridden.

How to Use This Feature

Access the Reports Dashboard

  • Navigate to Reports → Dashboard in LeadExec to view your lead metrics in real time.

Choose Your Timeframe

  • Select Day, Month, or Year to define the period you want to analyze.

Apply Filters for Targeted Insights

  • Click the Filter button and select filters based on Lead Type, Lead Source, or Campaign to refine your data view.

  • To reset views, use the override option to remove active filters.

Best Practices

  • Review Daily Trends
Use the Day view to catch sudden spikes or dips in lead performance and act quickly.

  • Monitor Monthly and Annual Trends
The Month and Year views help identify long-term patterns and period-over-period performance.

  • Maintain Filter Consistency
Filters persist across sessions, so remember to clear or override them when switching views to avoid skewed data.

Troubleshooting

  • Metrics Not Displaying?

    • Confirm you're on the Reports → Dashboard screen.

    • Try toggling between Day, Month, and Year views to check if data appears.

  • Unexpected Filter Results?

    • Verify that your filters are correctly selected, and use the override option to reset if needed.

  • Data Looks Incomplete?

    • Check that the correct time period is selected; sometimes switching views can correct apparent data gaps.
