Overview

The Campaigns screen helps you organize and manage the Campaigns associated with your Lead Sources—all in one central interface. It enables a quick overview and streamlined workflows for campaign-related actions.

Key Functionality

Open Lead Source

  • Opens the associated Lead Source of the selected campaign for quick access.

Open Campaign

  • Opens the campaign settings, including features like quantity limits, lead type, and quality options.

Delete Campaign

  • Allows you to remove a campaign entirely.

Posting Instructions

  • Provides the necessary Post Documents for your internal development team or third-party lead source to post leads to LeadExec.

View Lead Flow

  • Displays all the steps a lead will go through in the selected campaign before being accepted or rejected, an invaluable resource for monitoring process flow.

Export Campaigns

  • Allows you to export campaign data into an XLS file for external reporting or analysis.

How to Use This Feature

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns Screen

    • Go to the Campaigns section in LeadExec, where you'll see all campaigns linked to your lead sources.

  2. Utilize the Toolbar for Quick Actions

    • Use toolbar options to:

      • Open the associated Lead Source

      • Open and modify campaign settings

      • Delete a campaign

      • Access posting instructions

      • View the lead flow

      • Export campaign data

  3. Review Campaign Details

    • Use the View Lead Flow function to understand lead progression within the campaign.

    • Export data as needed for sharing or further analysis.

Best Practices

  • Use Posting Instructions to Facilitate Integration
Provide clear documentation to your development team or partners to streamline lead posting.

  • Monitor Lead Flow for Quality Control
Regularly use the View Lead Flow feature to pinpoint bottlenecks or failure points in the campaign lifecycle.

  • Export Data for Reporting and Backups
Frequently export campaign data to maintain records and facilitate in-depth analysis.

Troubleshooting

  • Toolbar Options Not Visible
Ensure you're on the correct Campaigns screen; the toolbar is specific to that interface.

  • Campaign Missing or Cannot Be Opened
Check if the campaign was previously deleted or if you have adequate permissions.

  • Lead Flow Not Displaying
Confirm the campaign is correctly configured and active for lead flow.

  • Export Errors or Missing Data
If the export isn't working, try refreshing the page or navigating away and back to the Campaigns screen.
