Distribution - Viewing Your Client Information

Easily access and manage client information from the Distribution Screen

Overview

From the Distribution screen, you can open details about a specific lead, or you can open the client to whom a specific lead was sent.

How to Access

  1. From the Distribution screen, select any lead

  2. Choose either:

    • "Open Client" in the main toolbar or

    • Right-click the lead and select "Open Client"

Client Profile Sections

This view is your gateway to everything Client Account-related, with a full and comprehensive view of your client's setup:

General Information

  • Edit contact details

  • Update account Status and Client Group

    • ⚙️ Gear icon: Hover over the Status dropdown to view this icon, which will take you to the Client Options for additional status settings

Automation Checklist

This section will provide you with confirmation that each Delivery Account is fully set up for automated delivery.

• Client Status → must be set to Active
• Delivery Method → should be configured & enabled
• Delivery Schedule → a valid delivery schedule must be enabled in the Delivery Account
• Delivery Account status → must be set to Open
• Order → if the order feature is enabled at the Delivery Account-level, an active order must be linked to it


Distribution Report

  • View delivered leads by timeframe

  • Customize with drag-and-drop columns

  • Allows you to filter as needed

Delivery Settings

  • Set delivery priority (for Priority Automation)

  • Configure:

    • Account automation type

    • Delivery group

    • Assigned user

  • Toggle Tier Delivery for multi-Delivery Account scanning for this client

  • Enable and set a lead delivery percentage limit

  • Enable and manage lead removal notifications

Contact

  • Add secondary info:

    • Address

    • Alternate/Mobile/Fax numbers

Client Portal

  • Set login credentials

  • Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Send your Client's Portal access link and credentials over email

  • Control permissions & delivery detail visibility

Other Information

  • Add comments

  • Store:

    • Website URL

    • International phone

Orders

  • Create/edit orders

  • Update statuses

  • Apply payments

Billing

  • View/create invoices

  • Process payments

  • Manage Portal-submitted invoices

Notes

  • Add client-specific notes
