Overview

The Client Details page offers a centralized location to add more information about your client. From here, you can manage:

  • Address details

  • Notes

  • Portal security and login credentials

  • Permissions

  • Orders and billing configuration

Contact Information & Address

  • Add or update the client's mailing and physical addresses.

  • Enter primary contact details and any secondary addresses as needed.

Client Portal & Permissions

Configure portal access and visibility:

  • Portal Access: Enable login for clients to retrieve leads.

  • Permissions: Control what clients can view, including lead source, lead grade, campaign, invoices, and payments.

  • Notifications: Option to email clients each time a new lead arrives.

Notes Section

Add internal notes or reminders that are visible only to your team, such as special instructions or background context about the client.

Orders & Billing Access

Quick links allow management of:

  • Existing orders

  • Invoices and payments

  • Billing records

  • Additional order creation and invoice processing directly from the client’s page

Best Practices

  • Enable portal access whenever clients need direct insight into lead flow and performance.

  • Fine-tune permissions to give clients exactly what they should see—no more, no less.

  • Use the Notes field to document important client-related details or agreements.

  • Link orders and billing to this page so setup and management stay consolidated.

Summary

Part VI brings together all client-specific configuration addresses, portal settings, permissions, orders, and billing into one streamlined page. Use this interface to finalize setup and maintain ongoing client management.
