Click the Add button in the main menu of the Lead List screen to generate a lead manually.

  • Required Fields
A pop-up window appears where you can enter the lead’s information. Required fields are marked and must be completed to save the lead.

  • Schedule Delivery
At the bottom left of the pop-up window, the Schedule for Delivery option allows the system to process the lead for automated delivery.

Ideal for generating test leads without using external forms.

  • Configure Delivery Correctly
If the lead should be automatically delivered, ensure Schedule for Delivery is enabled.

Troubleshooting

The system will show an error message if any required fields are missing.

  • Automated Delivery Issues
Check that Schedule for Delivery is enabled and delivery settings are properly configured.
